Barry W has decided to work at this
sport, and I thought it was a great idea. Looks very fun and
exciting.

Novice Flier
You just learned the ropes and can properly set up and launch with
assistance. You're body dragging with control and are now working on
water starts and riding skills.
Intermediate
Pilot
You're up and riding, though you may be stopping during direction
changes. Your main focus is keeping your kite stabilized in the air and
out of the water.
Advanced Rider
You're staying upwind, and take sessions at will. You're working on
basic jumps and spins, and experimenting with power techniques.
"Water-launch fear" is behind you.
Progressive
Kiteboarder
Basically, you're a pro. You're concentrating on grabs, handle passes
and kite loops. You've mastered all the basic kite techniques, and you
are now an addicted and avid wind chaser.
